The follow-up session is designed to incorporate the plan of action decided upon in the initial consultation. Of course, it can get modified along the way. This pay-as-you-go option allows more flexible timing. Remember, however, the goal is to recognize productive results. If a set focus is not followed through, more than likely results will not be attained as quickly nor as noticeably.
